I am a fully qualified and attuned Level 3 Reiki practitioner in the Usui Ryoho tradition. This is the tradition practiced and taught by the founder of Reiki energy, Mikao Usui and he taught that this is a form of spiritual healing that channels universal life energy. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful method for promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. At its core, Reiki involves the transfer of healing energy through the hands, facilitating the body's natural healing processes.

 

Usui's teachings emphasize that Reiki is accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs. Through the practice of Reiki, Usui taught that we can alleviate stress, reduce pain, and enhance our overall sense of well-being. This holistic approach to healing reminds us of our inherent ability to heal ourselves and others and can be practiced both in-person and remotely.
